Why should I join the community?

It’s hard to find one person who can do it all, but together we cover both sides: Lee brings the more technical and systems side, while I focus on content, branding, and creative strategy – giving you a really well-rounded approach.

Will I get direct access to Sophie with personalised advice?
Yep! You can post in the community chat and either me or Lee will get back to you as soon as we can.
We do have slightly different areas of expertise (which is what makes us a great duo) – Lee leans more on the tech and systems side, while I focus more on content and creative strategy. If you’d prefer a response from one of us specifically, just make that clear and we’ll come back to you.
We also run bi-weekly drop-in sessions, so you can speak to us directly, ask questions, and get real-time feedback.

What if I’m brand new to Shopify or Klaviyo?
Whether you’re completely new to ecommerce or have been trading for a while, we welcome members at all stages.
This is a beginner-friendly community, and we’ll always be on hand to guide you through the basics with zero judgement, at a pace that works for you.
Do I HAVE to be on Shopify and Klaviyo?
We’re Shopify and Klaviyo specialists, so while it’s not strictly required, it is the best way to get full value from the membership.
Most of what we teach is tailored around these platforms, so using them will allow you to implement things properly and get the most out of your support and training.
I’m not a very techy person, will I be in over my head?!
Don’t panic – you’re in the right place. In fact, you’re exactly who we built this for!
If you’re already a tech wizard, this probably isn’t for you, as you’d likely already be doing everything we teach. But if you’re not, that’s completely fine – we’re big believers that there’s no such thing as a silly question.
You’ll always be supported as you learn, and we’ll help you build confidence step by step without the tech jargon. Just clear, practical guidance you can actually use to grow your business using best practice from industry experts.
I’m very busy, will I have the time for it?
The community doesn’t have to require a huge amount of your time. You can pop the workshops in your calendar, drop into the bi-weekly calls when you can, or ask questions in the chat whenever you need support.
You can be as active as you like – you’ll naturally get more out of it the more you engage, but we completely understand everyone is busy. That’s why it’s been designed to be simple, flexible, and easy to navigate around your schedule.
That said, it’s worth remembering: if you don’t prioritise your website and emails, they’ll always end up at the bottom of the priority list. Our aim is to give you the tools and clarity to work on the right things in the simplest, most efficient way possible.
What if I can’t make the live workshops?
That’s no problem – all workshops are recorded and uploaded to the training hub so you can watch them back in your own time.
That said, it’s really helpful if you can join live where possible, as it gives you the chance to ask questions as we go and get more tailored support in real time.
Is it worth the monthly cost?
We truly believe so – for £25 a month, you’re getting access to expert support, proven strategies, and a community of like-minded business owners, all in one place.
If you were to hire someone or work with an agency, you’d likely be shelling out hundreds – if not thousands – each month. What if I join and want to cancel?
We totally understand and won’t take it personally!
Most people do want to stay because of the value they get from it, but you can cancel at any time with no questions asked directly from your Skool account. We don’t have any terms or conditions that trap you into a subscription, and we understand this will be right for different people at different stages.
