How do I know which package is right for me?
It depends on whether you need support with your website or your email marketing. If you’re not sure what you should be focusing on right now, don’t worry – we can talk it through on a call. Just select “not sure yet” when booking.
Do you work with new or established stores?
Both – I’ve worked with brands at all stages. I work best with founders of small to growing businesses that want hands-on support with their ecom setup.
What kind of brands do you work with?
I've had the pleasure of working with a wide range of lifestyle brands over the years, including clothing, homeware, skincare, pet, food, nutrition, and jewellery (to name just a few!). I’m particularly drawn to purpose-led brands, especially eco, green, and vegan businesses. I like to really understand each brand and product properly, and I’ll always be honest if I don’t think we’re the right fit.
Can you help if I’m just starting out?
Yes, definitely. I can help you set up your website so it’s ready to convert from day one, and get your email marketing set up so you have a strong foundation in place.

What is your experience and expertise?
I’ve got 10+ years of experience in retail and ecommerce, working with everyone from small growing brands through to multi-million pound stores. I specialise in turning websites and email marketing into systems that actually convert – combining strong visual direction with a clear understanding of what drives sales.
I also have a post-graduate degree in Creative Writing from Oxford University. 🤓 So I’m very focused on copy that not only sounds good, but is strategically written to engage, persuade, and convert.
What does the initial call with you look like?
On the call, I’ll ask a few general questions about your brand, where you’re at, and what you’re looking for support with. This helps me understand whether we’re a good fit and how I can help.
You don’t need to prepare anything formal, but it’s helpful if you can have:
- A rough idea of what’s not working or what you want to improve
- Any questions you have for me
- A healthy dose of objectivity 😊
What happens once we decide to work together?
I’ll send over my terms and an NDA for you to sign. Once that’s done, I’ll set you up on Trello and request anything I need for onboarding (such as Shopify or Klaviyo access, assets, and logins).
From there, we’ll agree timelines, priorities, and how we’ll work together moving forward.
Do you offer ongoing support or one-off projects?
Yes – both.
I offer one-off projects such as Klaviyo setup or a website refresh. I also offer ongoing monthly retainer support for email campaigns, Shopify updates, and general store improvements.
There’s also the option to combine both if needed.
Results & Expectations
How quickly will I see results?
It depends. I don’t promise overnight results, but instead focus on building strong foundations for sustainable growth. That said, you may see quicker improvements – especially from email automations – depending on your existing traffic and setup.
Will this guarantee more sales?
I can’t guarantee specific results, but I can say that all of my clients have seen improvements in conversion rate, engagement, and/or sales after implementing changes.
Process & Logistics
Where are you based and do you work remotely?
I’m based in Lincoln, UK and work fully remotely. All work is carried out via secure access to your Shopify and Klaviyo accounts, and I manage projects through digital communication tools such as Trello, email, and Google Meet.
How do we communicate during a project?
I use Trello to manage tasks and progress, so you can easily see what’s happening. We’ll also communicate via email and Google Meet for updates and sign-offs.
Do you implement everything for me?
Yes – I’m very hands-on. I typically handle full implementation, whether that’s building your Klaviyo flows or updating your Shopify theme. If you prefer a more consultative approach, that’s also possible.
Do you only work with Shopify and Klaviyo?
Generally speaking, yes. My expertise is in Shopify and Klaviyo. They’re the best platforms in my experience, and where I can deliver the strongest results. I focus specifically on these platforms rather than working across lots of different ones, so I can stay highly efficient and effective in what I do.
If you’re a very small brand, I can help you get started with Shopify Email (which is free) if you’d rather not invest in Klaviyo yet. However, it does come with more limitations in terms of features, which is something to be aware of.
Can you migrate me to Shopify or Klaviyo?
Yes – I can support migrations into both Shopify and Klaviyo if you’re moving from another platform.
Time Scales
What are your turnaround times?
This depends on my schedule at the time of booking, but typically I can start within a couple of weeks for one-off projects.
How long does a project usually take?
- Website refresh: around 1–2 weeks
- Klaviyo automation setup: around 1 week
- Retainer work is scheduled in advance so you know exactly when I’m working on your store
